Here you will find some of the most frequently asked questions, and their answers.

Q. How long does delivery take?

A. All delivery times vary on different zones, and they are listed in our delivery page.

Q. If I place an order, how long does dispatch take?

A. Generally, an order placed before midday on a working day (Monday - Friday) will be sent out that day. Orders after this time will go out the following working day. This may change in high season (Christmas, Easter etc.) when orders placed on any day will go out the following working day. Every effort is made to get orders out as fast and efficiently as possible.

Q. What method of delivery do you use?

A. We ship all our parcels securely through DPD.

Q. Do you ever do free shipping?

A. Yes. All orders in Ireland over €75 ship free.

Q. Why do I have to put a phone number on my order?

A. This is so DPD can contact you in the event of a delivery issue, and so they can text and tell you what time delivery will be. We will NEVER give your number to anyone else, and we will NEVER contact you by phone for marketing purposes or anything which does not relate completely to your order.

Q. Is the stock on the website on hand, or do you get it in after I order?

A. Stock levels on the site are reflective of the stock on hand, and stock is ready for immediate dispatch.

Q. I need to change my delivery day / delivery address / delivery time. How do I do this?

A. On the morning of the delivery, your local DPD office will text you delivery time, and package details, as well as an option to alter delivery information.

Q. Where are you based?

A. We are based on Abbeygate Street in the heart of Galway city. All dispatches are made from there.

Q. Is my credit card information stored?

A. No. We use Realex payments to process online card payments, the most secure payment gateway in the world. Neither we nor they store any card details.

Q. I can't find what i'm looking for. Do you take requests?

A. First, check that everything is spelled correctly. If it is and you still have no results, feel free to contact us. It may be a product that is temporarily out of stock or on the way. While we do not do special orders for products, if we have enough requests we will try to get any popular items.

Q. Do you operate a wholesale service?

A. No, at present we just operate retail sales.

Q. My favourite product is out of stock, when will it be back?

A. If a product is close to re-stock, it will appear in the "coming soon" section, or in the product title it will say when a re-stock is due.

Q. I am a blogger and would like to work with you. Is this something you facilitate?
