Noodles (67%): 83% rice, modified starch, potato starch, salt, stabilisers (E412, E466), emulsifier (E322 (SOY)). Sauce (32%): palm oil, water, shallot, ginger, sugar, salt, glucose, colours (E150c, E150d (SULPHITE)), maltodextrin, spice powder, humectant (E422), yeast extract, soy sauce powder (SOYbeans, dextrin, salt), flavours, thickener (E415), SESAME oil, preservatives (E202, E211), acidity regulator (E330). Vegetable mix (1%): defatted SOY flour, dried scallion. May contain GLUTEN, CRUSTACEANS, EGG, FISH, MILK, CELERY, MUSTARD, SESAME and MOLLUSCS. Preparation: open the lid and put the noodles with the seasoning sauces into the bowl. Add boiling water up to the inside line. Cover for 3 minutes. Mix well before serving.
